The company was established in June 2005 as a joint venture company and registered at the Ministry of Industry & Commerce under no. 22106. The company has commenced its operations September 2005 and became a limited liability company in February 2006.
The company aims at providing all shipping, clearing and transporting services for goods in the various custom departments. Al-Yousef has been providing its services for MEC as one of the biggest industrial establishments of the Kingdom, offering spacious containers to store the company's goods in Aqaba seaport until they are transported to the company's main warehouses in Amman.
Through its services, Al-Yousef aims at attracting other customers both from within and outside the Middel East Complex group
The company is located in Amman, Mecca St., Khaled Neimat Complex – 2nd floor.
