Mr. Osama Khalili holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Jordan in 1982. Mr. Khalili also holds a diploma from the Accounting Community College. He had also completed several training courses in London and LG Facilities/ Korea.

Mr. Khalili has worked in the home appliances industry well before the official incorporation of MEC. Along with his post as chairman of MEC, Mr. Khalili is also the chairman as well as a BOD member of several companies and institutions including Darwish Khalili & Sons Company, Amman Chamber of Industry, Korean Jordanian Friendship Association & Social Security Institution.

Director of the Computer Department in the Public Security Directorate for the years (2000-2001) and (2003 to 2005).

Mashhour A. El Basha

Mr. El Basha joined MEC as an assistant General Manager Finance and Administration after gaining almost ten- years experience within the banking

industry. Prior to joining MEC, Mr. El Basha was a relationship manager at the Arab Bank Plc and Standard Chartered Bank in Amman, Jordan.

Mr. El Basha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University in Cairo (AUC), with a major in Economics and a minor in Business

Administration. Mr. El Basha is a Certified Lender Business banker (CLBB/ Institute of Certified Bankers, USA) and a Certified Management

Accountant (CMA/Institute of Certified Management Accountants.

Mr. El Basha has completed several training courses and programs in various banking- related subjects, held in the United Kingdom, United Arab

Emirates and Jordan.

Eng. Ghazi F. Hussein

Mr. Hussein holds a Higher Diploma in Production Management from the United Kingdom. Mr. Hussein has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Woolwich University (Thames),London - United Kingdom in 1989.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Hussein has completed many training courses in marketing and service engineering.

Prior to joining MEC in 1992, Mr. Hussein worked for Sheraton ITT Electronic Engineering firm, United Kingdom.
